LBI Home in Holgate - 2 Homes from the Beach!

Beautiful single family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, within walking distance to the beach. Home is meticulously clean and well-maintained. Pet free and smoke free. Recent renovations in 2017 include, new flooring, new 2-zone central A.C. units, new living room furniture, renovated bathroom, and new refrigerator. Wi-fi, internet connection and cable included.

Come relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the upper or lower private decks. Lower deck is located off the 1st floor master bedroom. Or, gaze at the stars on the upper deck, located off the living room/kitchen. Great layout for extended family. 2nd floor boasts open living space - kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. First floor has 2 bedrooms, master bath and laundry room. The home also has a private outdoor shower. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Our family had an amazing time in Beach Haven. The location was beyond perfect- literally steps away from the beach and public bathrooms. The house had everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

Perfect beach getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation! The beach is minutes away and it’s a quick drive to stores/activities. The house is clean and well equipped. Frank was an excellent host!

Perfect for a family beach break

Great location just steps from an uncrowded and beautiful beach. The house worked well for two families both with kids. Plenty of amenities, good kitchen for cooking and eating, a very comfortable hammock for backyard napping. Would definitely return!

Amazing experience

This was the first family vacation we have taken in a few years. And it was truly a great time. The house was amazing, great for a toddler, close to the beach. The house was comfortable, relaxing... we had an awesome time. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation.

Holgate Magic!

What a week we had! Such a perfect and chill location Frank and his family have created. The setup was wonderful for two families of 4 with 2 sets of young kids - lots of games to keep the kiddos entertained & an amazing proximity to what felt like a private beach. Definitely a gem we will come back to!

Great Stay Close to the Beach

We enjoyed a family fall getaway weekend at this clean, comfortable home, which was just as described in the listing. Although we did not have very good weather, we especially liked the proximity to the beach and nature preserve, where we spent time walking and watching birds and surfers. In October, the neighborhood was peaceful. The house had everything we needed, including hand soap, hand towels, and dish soap. We had a great stay.

Perfect for families

Had a fantastic stay at this house. Proximity to the beach and a quiet neighborhood was exactly what we needed with young children in the house! The house has Netflix and tons of board games and puzzles. Kitchen was very well equipped. The welcome packet had even more extras for helping keep the house clean. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

The beach house was a perfect location for our family with young grandchildren. Holgate is a great family friendly town. The house was very clean and spacious. The deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals throughout the week. The house was also well equipped with all kitchen essentials, books and games. We plan on coming back next summer to enjoy it all over again!

A quiet and accommodating stay for my family

I have visited LBI many times, but this was the first time I've stayed in Holgate rather than Beach Haven. Although it was a bit further to drive up to the commercial area, it was still just a 6 minute drive, and the area was so quiet and family-friendly. The property was excellent, very clean, and had everything our family needed to enjoy our long weekend. Lots of space, great outdoor areas, efficient dual-zone cooling, good storage, and felt up-to-date. Frank was great, and we will consider this house again for our future visits.

Repeat vacationers

This was our third year at Frank’s home, which is located at the quiet end of LBI—super close to the beach and bay. My husband and I and adult children love this home because it is extremely clean, well laid out, stocked with everything we need and more and is located in a quiet area across the street from the beach and a short walk to the bay. The owner keeps his home in excellent condition and is readily accessible for any questions or problems (although we’ve never experienced the latter) and provides an easy check-in, as well as helpful information about the house and neighborhood, nearby restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to return next summer!

I cannot say enough about this home. It's beautiful! The layout, the location, the quiet street, it was perfect. The home itself was spotless!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Everything you could ask for was provided by the owner and more! Beach chairs, corn hole game, books, board games, etc. The owner was so wonderful and easy to work with and answered any questions promptly. We hope this home will be available when we book our next vacation in LBI. Thank you for opening up your home to us and allowing us to have a wonderful vacation.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful week! The location is fantastic! It was so nice to be right next to the beach - we could come and go all day! We also loved being able to walk out the door and have instant access to the running and biking path on the road as well. We ran each morning, and even biked the 18 miles from one end of LBI to the other to climb the Lighthouse. We enjoyed the deli right next door, and riding our bikes to get ice cream just a mile down the road. A big thank you to Frank - we had an issue with the grill and he brought over a brand new one the next morning! We really enjoyed our week!

All around perfect

What an incredible house - fully stocked with everything you would need and might forget to pack (including garbage bags, laundry soap, tons of dishes and even saran wrap) to the amazing location. It is so close to the beautiful beach. The layout of the house is great and all of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside either sitting on both the upstairs and downstairs decks. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Perfect beach getaway!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at Frank's home. It was beautiful, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was just as described. We truly enjoyed hanging on the deck and the hammock for relaxing. It was super close to the beach and convenient with having two kids. The communication was great with Frank and he made us feel like we were at home. We hope to go back next year for a longer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was perfectly set up for two small families—plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and a great layout that gave everyone room to relax.One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor area. The decks were spacious, safe, and ideal for the kids to play with plenty of room for the adults to relax.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Great family weekend.

The property is excellent, with lots of room for a relaxing time. Located in the quietest part of the island but only a 10 minute drive/uber to the restaurants and shops. Though the weather was not the best for much beach time, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging on the deck and were able to sneak in some nice walks on the beach and around the bay.

Beautiful home super close to beach!

My friends and I had a great time at Frank's property. The home is less than a block from the beach, and the spacious deck was perfect for our memorial day bbq! We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet get away

The house was as advertised and very close to both the ocean and the bay. There was a sandwich shop just 200 feet away for an early morning coffee or sandwiches for lunch or dinner. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation at Frank's Holgate House

We had a great get-away at this Holgate, NJ property. The balcony-deck was especially nice for sitting and relaxing outside after a morning and afternoon at the beach. It's close location to the beach was fantastic.

Nice, clean house in a great location

We loved staying here. The house was just as described, and the location was wonderful. It was a very short walk to the beach. Being on the southern end of the island made the house feel private and quieter, too. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed, which is not always the case with rentals. It was a great house for eight people. Thanks so much!
