The home is beautiful. Everything we needed was on site. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. The decks are wonderful and it was so nice having a dock on site.

Everything was clean and wonderful. Our host was welcoming and even went out his way to put up a Christmas Tree as we had a family gathering there due to its central location for all of us. It was greatly appreciated! Hope to have a chance to gather there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week, the small lake was wonderful, and the home was exactly as listed. Every need was thought out by the owner of this place! Beautiful home, with lots of personal space and space for together time.

Amazing property

This property has amazing space for large groups with very comfortable sleeping spaces that are perfectly separated from the living and activity spaces. Being right on the lake at a prime location provides beautiful views of the majority of the lake with great access for water-based activities. The house has many amenities, a beautiful and functional kitchen and living areas, and is perfect for groups of any variety, from a family gathering to a bachelor party.

Beautiful Lake Home

Everything was fantastic and David was a pleasure to work with. Only thing keeping it from a 10/10 experience would be the lack of beach that it some what refers to in the listing. Not that big of a deal though. Amazing house built perfectly for the ultimate relaxing trip.

Perfect location for our entire family to come together and enjoy a vacation. This home is amazing, with everything we needed to make memories... plenty of dishes, everything for meal preparation, multiple refrigerators (18 people need a lot of groceries!) and lots of spaces for family members to gather and hang out. The living room, kitchen and dining room are spacious and bright, the bedrooms had comfortable beds and storage galore and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels (bring your own shampoo and body wash) - well thought out and executed. When we had a question or problem David was quick to respond and solve the issue. We hope to come back and enjoy this location again!

Amazing new property that keeps large groups in mind. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed that we could all sit together to eat. We had 16 in our group. We liked the 2 level lighting and the Sonos sound system. We were right on the lake and rented a pontoon that we were able to dock right at the house. There were also kayaks. We are looking to come back next year! Would 100% recommend.

Gorgeous property, beautiful lake, so much for all ages to enjoy!! We spent the week there with our family ages 3-76 and everyone had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for our 27 family members. The host provided everything we needed from fully stocked kitchen to dish soap, plenty of towels and wash cloths, toilet paper, trash bags, kayaks…the amenities were fabulous. We took a boat which was so much fun to tube and ski. Even the neighbors were nice! We had an absolutely wonderful 5 nights there!! The only downfall were the flies (which they provide lots of fly swatters) and mosquitos at night made sitting outside hard to do (bring mosquito spray). The hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with us…BUT the host was amazing at responding to our concerns and sent people out immediately to check things out. David definitely wants his guests to be well taken care of! We would definitely love to return here again!

Kara you was a wonderful guest & glad your family enjoyed the stay. The hot water issue has been fixed thanks for bringing it to my attention. The one water heater was faulty & has been changed. I have also added 2 outside ceiling fan to the lower patio to help move air & hopefully help with the mosquitoes that are by the lakes but yes mosquito spay would definitely be a good idea.
