Charming 2-bed/2 bath cottage with AC, a fishing dock, and a boat dock.

Located on the White River in Flippin, beside the Ranchette access. Enjoy what this delightful 2-bedroom cottage has to offer. With a cozy king bed, queen bed, and full bed, guests can relax in comfort. The cottage features heating, AC, and WiFi, DirecTV. Each bedroom has their own Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot/coffee. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and stocked with towels. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage, and if you need anything at all, just send a message.

We do have an outdoor camera on the well house. It overlooks the parking lot. The camera does not record and it is only there to check on things and make sure everything is ok.
