The set up is nice but the place is nasty the fact that y’all dnt have a clean bathtub is horrible!! I had to clean the tub and nothing but dirt in the tub so sad stains on walls that can easily b cleaned the water is opposite hot is cold and cold is there were stains on beds nd they wanna say it was us but would not book again and do not recommend!

We booked this property expecting a comfortable family stay, but the reality was very different. The listing did not mention the three flights of stairs required to access the unit. Upon entry, we were met with a strong unpleasant smell. The linens themselves also had a bad odor. The property was not as described: the furniture was cheap, wobbly, and in many cases broken or loose. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the property was far below what was represented in the listing photos or description.Initially, the host agreed to refund the remaining nights and asked us to initiate the refund on Vrbo. However, the host stopped responding—not only to us but also to Vrbo agents attempting to contact them, which delayed resolution for us. In the end, they did even try to make this right and offered us a measly 20% refund from our 4 day booking knowing we only stayed there for 12 hours.In my years of using traveling, this was by far the worst experience I have had.
