We also have studios, 1-bedroom and up to 5-bedroom homes available.
Fully furnished with all utilities included.
Must have proof of employment, good credit, and justification of departure location.
Please note for our Winter Rentals the max is 6-guests.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Remember to leave your beach badges & parking passes on the kitchen table before departure. Lost badges incur a fee of $80 each, Per parking pass incur $300 fee
Unit is to be broom swept condition, shut off lights, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost. Place all remotes next to the TV. Leave all bed linen as is.
Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
