This phenomenal property boasts 2 cozy bedrooms - one with Queen bed; second with 2 full beds, 1 full bathroom equipped with A NEW shower. Enjoy the welcoming quaint neighborhood. With amenities like AC/Heating, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. ALL guests will feel right at home. Large backyard with lush landscaping for a private and relaxing getaway. Sit by the pool, or near the manicured landscaping and enjoy reading a book or just relaxing.

When not enjoying your time here, fill a cooler with your favorite refreshments, grab an umbrella and beach chair for a quick 7 to 8 minute walk through the breath taking 100 year old oak tree populated neighborhood to your own private beach access. Or take a 5-7 minute walk to your own private river access for some kayaking or sit at the neighborhood park and enjoy the sunset. Great restaurants on and off the island with a small town feel as you stroll main street for ice cream. Nearby shopping at privately owned boutiques and antique shops.

The use of the pool, grills, and any other outdoor/beach items on the property are provided at no extra charge and are for the sole use of the guests. Use of these items are at the guests own risk.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave automatic gate access on top of kitchen island with Welcome Guide.
Place Air Conditioner at 80 degrees when checking out.
Place garbage in trash bins located on west side of home near gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to a medical condition, NO Service Pets allowed. No Outdoor music 9pm to 9am.
No pets or SERVICE PETS ALLOWED. If rule is violated guests will be in breach of the agreement and asked to leave the property with a fee of $250.
Air Conditioning System should be at 75* day, 72* night. Please do not run it too cold to avoid overloading AC unit. Keep ALL doors closed ALWAYS.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is clean, spacious, updated and the hosts are very responsive if we had any needs! The directions to the house were clear and easy to understand! The pool was so much fun and the town of vero is becoming more popular. We’re looking forward to staying there again!
