Summary:
This beach escape is located in the highly desired Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. You will enjoy having 2 balconies - one on the front and one on the back! The complex is directly across the street from the ocean; it's an easy walk down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from everything the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking spots directly in front of the condo (assigned). The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: *Approximately 5 stairs are required* Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious area! Two couches. TV.
Bedroom 1: Back balcony access! Queen bed. TV
Bedroom 2: Back balcony access! Queen bed. TV.
Bathrooms: 2 full.
Patios: One on the front of the condo and one on the back. The back patio overlooks water and golf!
Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an outdoor swimming pool - also, it is just a short walk to the beach.
Beach: Walk out of the community and go straight, towards the ocean. Brief stroll down to our beautiful beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in-unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pool).
The Neighborhood:
This unit is located in Cherry Grove - nearby you will find Sea Mountain Hwy which is the street that leads down to the beach that has restaurants, shops, and more!
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with 2 parking spots. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
There is a ring doorbell at the property.

No pets allowed.
Routine Pest Control happens on the 1st Monday of each even month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
