Set right on the golf course and ocean, this coastal style residence provides an idyllic setting for your ultimate Hawaii vacation.
The 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1,887 sq. ft. home rests along Kona Country Club's ocean course, where waves collide with the rugged coast and coconut palms grace the landscape. Your covered lanai provides outdoor living space beside the pool and hot tub. The gated Holuakai neighborhood also provides a community pool and hot tub.
Tropical hardwoods, tile and only the best finishes create a sense of elegance throughout the home. After a day of activities, gather around the granite island in the kitchen and recount stories from the day. The great room includes a formal dining area, but why not enjoy a sunset barbecue on the lanai? Be ready to spot dolphins, whales and outrigger canoe paddlers.
The primary bedroom suite opens right to the lanai and ocean view. Leave the sliding door open and drift to sleep by the sounds of the ocean. The suite's bathroom is luxurious and provides abundant space. There's a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, two vessel sinks and a long makeup counter. Two guest bedrooms are bright, spacious and comfortable and a second full bathroom is also beautifully appointed. There is also a half bathroom near the great room.

Luxurious oceanfront with unique views

Exceptional views including nite time manta tour boats that are lit up, whales and prancing goats. The home is immaculate All of the furnishings are the best quality including the kitchen which has everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The neighborhood is gated and has slow streets where kids and parents play.

The views of the Hawaiian sunsets will never get old. The house was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The four of us had plenty of space, both together and if one of us wanted some alone time. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We had a great time.

A Gorgeous Property and A Wonderful Experience

We were totally delighted with our accommodations! Upon checking in we found the house spotless and equipped with everything we could hope for! Especially the kitchen...it was the best equipped kitchen we have found in any previous rental, it included: spices, condiments, sharp knives, plus the usual items as well as many other niceties! All of the essentials were provided for the whole two weeks we were there, such as: paper towels, T-paper, Zio-loc bags, foil, trash bags, dish washer pods, washing machine pods, etc. So nice not to have to add those items to our shopping list. The bathrooms were lovely with luxurious high-end towels (RH), Mailie shampoos (so fragrant), conditioner and body wash, and, again, lots of other thoughtful provisions. The property itself has an amazing view to the west so the sunsets each night were picture-perfect from the great lanai! In addition, we enjoyed watching the nightly gathering of the manta ray divers/snorkelers within view of this home. We will always remember our stay in this beautiful home and we hope we can return someday soon!

Beautiful and Spacious

We rented this same house last year. We love the house and how spacious and beautiful it is. Over all we were very pleased. We did want to share some observations and opportunities that were apparent from our stay last year in hopes it will help others and ideally another stay for our family in the future. Upon arrival we found the master privacy shade was broken/inoperable. This posed concerns given the bedroom faces public golf course with regular foot traffic as well as weekly service providers for the home. Specifically the pool person who said good morning to us as we were still lying in bed. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate. We did alert the rental company upon arrival and they offered to send someone over; however we did not want the inconvenience of waiting for someone to arrive nor having them in the house for an unknown period of time, etc. that was disappointing unfortunate. We were also surprised that there was no longer a garbage under the cabinet or even a covered garbage can. Instead there were 2 small open garbage bins left in the kitchen walkway into the master. Not aesthetically pleasing or sanitary. The master shower had a used body wash that smelled rancid, which we tossed out and replaced. The 2 other bedrooms both had garbage left under the beds. The first bedroom had a foil wrapper left under it and the second bedroom had used Kleenex under it. The front gate into the property is in disrepair and gets stuck, is difficult to open/cl
