Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked storage closet on Level 3. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE:
> We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.
> We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
> The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
> Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay
> Parking: One compact garage parking provided. There is plenty of street parking available! NOTE: Parking on the easement is not allowed to prevent neighbor complaints.
> We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
> If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

< QUIET HOURS AFTER 9PM > Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
< NO PARTIES/EVENTS > We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
< TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS > Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
< LOST & FOUND > Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions: - We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them. - If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. - Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
< NO MAILBOX ACCESS > We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!

We stayed here with multiple family members the week ahead of a family wedding. The house was perfect for people to have private rooms and baths and also spend time together in the large great room/kitchen area. The kitchen was also great for feeding our group. Loved the house and the neighborhood, had everything we needed. The only thing to note is parking in the area can be tight - as is in Seattle. But not a deal breaker. Will definitley stay here again if we return.
My husband and I along with two of my cousin’s and their wives had a fantastic experience. The 3 king beds with a full bathroom for each couple was perfect. The kitchen was large, beautiful and functional. The location was near both stadiums (we were in for the football game) and downtown making the commute easy. Host communicated quickly.
Rented this for two weeks instead of a hotel. It worked excellently. The location is central, with relatively easy access to I-5 and I-90, a quick trip to downtown, and an easy haul to/from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet, although there is aircraft noise. It has what I am guessing is a very typical Seattle mixture of affluence mixed with a few rough pockets. Beacon Hill has a couple of clusters of interesting restaurants within easy reach of the property, and the Chinatown/International district is also close offering plentiful restaurant options. As downsides go, not very many. The description is not kidding when it warns that the garage is small. Since the house in front of this one is close, getting in and out required automotive contortions. Don't rent a big car unless you're comfortable leaving it on the street away from the house. Plenty of space, and despite the proximity of other houses, it seemed reasonably private. Hosts were super-responsive to messages.

Parking was not easy, drive was narrow and suv barely fit, host quick to respond and very attentive, could use more cooking utensils, neighbors had a lot of trash laying around, no shops nearby and walk to downtown is not safe, many unhoused and active drug use all hours of the day, rental was clean and nice but neighborhood was not safe. Would not have stayed there if I knew what type of neighborhood it was.
