Casa De Gracia - In The Heart Of Santa Fe
Find rest and privacy in our tastefully furnished historic adobe home. From our quiet neighborhood, you’ll be an easy 20 minute walk from the historic Plaza, through some of the most interesting parts of old Santa Fe. We’re 3 short blocks from the exciting Railyard, the new gathering place for Santa Fe’s citizens and visitors; explore museums and galleries, delight in our fantastic restaurants, discover the famous year-round farmers market, and enjoy bike trails. For snow enthusiasts, we are just 17 miles (1/2 hour) from the Santa Fe Ski Basin.
This 4 bedroom house is our family home when we are in town. The front two bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a bathroom with tub and shower. The two bedrooms in the rear wing of the home (one with a queen and the other with two twin beds) share a bathroom with shower. The rear and front wings of the house are separated by the common living and dining areas, providing some privacy. Skylights, nichos, archways and high ceilings contribute to the unique, light-filled character of the home.
Our home is your home in Santa Fe, and includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, patio garden, and dining and living areas with a fireplace woodstove. Casa de Gracia is family-friendly, including laundry access, broadband Wi-Fi, cable TV, filtered drinking water and many other amenities. For 2026, there is AC in all four bedrooms and the main living area; we do not have central AC.
Come in on the Rail Runner from the Albuquerque Airport and walk here…or drive in and use our off-street parking.
We invite you to find rest and enjoy the peaceful qualities of the house which has an enclosed garden for privacy. Our friend Vianney will be available as your local host during your stay.

Lovely property with plenty of room to commune with family but to also recharge separately. The fireplaces are stocked and ready to light, it was so magical! The kitchen is stocked with every cooking item needed for any task. The outdoor breakfast area is heavenly and the front porch made me feel Iike Santa Fe is home. The bed felt like my own bed even the pillows provided have different heights and softness. We could walk to shopping and restaurants, our experience was epic!
This charming, clean, and comfortable historic home made our stay in Santa Fe very enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and even our pup enjoyed her stay. The kitchen was also well supplied and made our meals in easy and convenient.Having two off-street covered parking spots was a real treat - particularly since we got several good thunderstorms during our visit. We'd be happy to stay here again.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house in Santa Fe. It was perfectly located for our various activities and appreciated how close it was to the Railyard district. We would stay here again.
We loved staying here. I volunteered to work at the annual IFAM market, and this house was the perfect location, so that I could walk there, about 3 blocks. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable house!
Four friends and I were very comfortable and very impressed with the property. Our only suggestion was it needs a better wine opener😁. We loved the location as well convenient to great restaurants and fabulous art galleries
The home was perfect for a family reunion: enough bedrooms, enough beds, right space for sharing meals and convesation, walking to the Railyard or downtown. We’ll rember this for another time! (Some of the family live in town.)
My 3 sisters and I spent a lovely 5 days at Casa De Gracia. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was a perfect jumping off point for day trips to Taos, the Turquoise Trail, Bandelier Nat’l Monument and old downtown Santa Fe. The host’s advice regarding using caution entering and exiting the property was appreciated. We had no great difficulty maneuvering with a mid-size SUV, but I was glad we were not in a larger vehicle. The outdoor space was lovely - with a nice patio to sit and relax after a full day of sight seeing. I would highly recommend this property.
Casa de Gracia was the perfect home for our group of five women. The home was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious. The outdoor space was great. The best thing about the house was the location. We did not bother to rent a car, and we really didn’t need one. The home is in easy walking distance to the Railyard District with its shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle there that takes you to different spots and attractions in town, and we used that to get around very easily. The owners and the local hostess were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Glad your Friends Get-away was wonderful. Thank you for your kind review.
The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessities. We walked to the Santa Fe farmers market. Both my wife and I loved the whole coffee beans in the fridge. Carly was was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. We highly recommend Casa De Garcia.
We've stayed several times and plan to keep staying. It's a perfect location for a small group. There are two wings with two bedrooms on each wing, with plenty of separation between the wings for two families to have privacy. We use the kitchen a lot and it's easy to use and super well equipped. The manager has been very responsive to us. Great and easy location to be in, walk to places. The descriptions are correct and I definitely will stay here again.
