About this property
Garden Side at Park House · 2BR Apartment
Perched on Battery Park overlooking Lake Champlain, this two-bedroom apartment puts you at the center of Burlington's best. The Lake Champlain Waterfront and Church Street Marketplace are steps away — walkable to local restaurants, boutiques, live music, and some of the best farm-to-table dining in Vermont.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the Burlington bike path right outside the door, winding along scenic lake views. Spend your days exploring nearby trails, relaxing at one of Burlington's beaches, or browsing the farmers market for fresh local produce and handcrafted goods. Art lovers will find the city's galleries just a short stroll away.
Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. High-speed internet (300+ Mbps) keeps you connected, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to settle in. End your evenings in the shared backyard, with a gas grill, a gas fire table with seating, a hammock strung between a large tree and the pergola, and a garden with herb and vegetable beds — raised beds of strawberries, tomatoes, and peppers, young peach and apple trees, rhubarb, and hydrangeas along the fence — a quiet green retreat in the heart of downtown.
Day trips are easy from here — hiking trails, ski resorts, and the Green Mountains are all a short drive away. Whether you're here for the lake, the food scene, or the mountains, this apartment is your ideal base. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about an 11-minute drive away.
Please note: Garden Side is on the second floor, reached by an interior staircase — there's no elevator. The driveway from Park Street is steep; take care with low-clearance vehicles.
Security & Privacy: An exterior security camera monitors the parking area and is always active for guest and property safety. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Close walking proximity to restaurants and brewery. We loved the access to the bike trail.
Unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were super comfortable. Was pleased to have coffee and tea furnished.
One aspect of the property that renters should be aware of is the very steep incline between the street and the driveway. We had a standard 4-door sedan, and scraped a couple of times despite best efforts to angle in and out.
