The Space:

You step onto a quiet, oak‑shaded street and hear the soft rustle of leaves as the Florida sun warms the yard. A gentle breeze carries the scent of fresh‑cut grass, inviting you to linger on the patio with a coffee in hand. The space feels both private and communal, perfect for a group that wants togetherness without losing personal comfort. From here, downtown Pensacola feels just a short drive away, ready for you to explore its beaches, historic sites, and lively eateries.



Sleeping arrangements

Duplex One – Unit A sleeps 8 with two queen beds in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, plus a queen bed topped with a single bunk above and a single trundle below. Unit B sleeps 5 with a queen‑with‑single‑trundle in Bedroom 3 and a queen in Bedroom 4.

Duplex Two – Unit C sleeps 3 with a queen‑with‑single‑trundle in Bedroom 5. Unit D sleeps 5 with a queen‑with‑single‑trundle in Bedroom 6 and a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed in the living room.

Single‑Family House – Unit E sleeps 14 with a king bed in Bedroom 7, two bunk sets (four single beds) in Bedroom 8, and two bunk sets (four queen beds) in Bedroom 9.

Unit F sleeps 6 with queen beds in Bedroom 10 and Bedroom 11 and a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed in the living room.



Outdoor living

A spacious yard stretches between the six units, bordered by mature oak trees that provide shade and a sense of seclusion. The patio area offers ample room for morning coffee, evening drinks, or a barbecue under the open sky. The grounds are designed for easy movement between units, making group gatherings simple and enjoyable.

Each unit includes a well‑appointed kitchen stocked with essential cookware, dishes, and appliances for home‑cooked meals. Open living spaces provide comfortable seating for dining together, and the nearby outdoor area adds a casual option for al‑fresco meals.

Located on a peaceful street, the property is only minutes from downtown Pensacola’s restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. Beaches, historic forts, and waterfront parks are within easy reach, giving you the flexibility to enjoy both relaxed yard time and vibrant city experiences.

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
