Great Vacation Home

Only draw back was that we had to go to a rental property office to get keys to home and then drop off.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at the Emerald Oasis and it was again, perfect for our group. Communication with the management company was great and the home was clean and ready when promised. Check out instructions were clear and easy. Highly recommend, especially for big groups. Literally steps to the beach and close to everything.

What an amazing place!

This place surpassed our expectations! Such a perfect location for an extended family beach trip. Fit our 18 people very comfortably. House was so clean, and has been well maintained. So many amenities - from the double appliances, lots of dishes, pots & pans for cooking, nice pool, big floor space. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is very well appointed. Eight spacious bedroom with their own baths. All rooms had closets and dressers with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Our family of 14 with drop in overnight guests stayed comfortably and were able to keep up with laundry and dishes in the two washer/dryers and two dishwashers. The pool was awesome for all the grandkids and cousins on the trip.

Beautiful Home! Great Location!

This large home was perfect for our annual family reunion with 12 adults and 11 kids. The home accommodated everyone perfectly, was very clean and had lovely amenities. We loved the double fridges, double dishwashers and huge ice makers! The walk to the beach is just steps away. You really can't go wrong with this place. We will be back!

My 60th Birthday Beach Bash

Over 20 of us stayed together to celebrate my milestone birthday! Check in was a breeze! The house was beautifully appointed. Everything a big family like ours could need. Wow! Even a tea kettle and plastic flamingo glasses. Although February, the views were gorgeous and the temperatures were mild. We’ve been longtime residents of Pensacola, and this was the best beach house we’ve stayed in.

Very impressive home! Well laid out for large groups - extremely spacious. Large pool - check the gates to make sure they are closing if you have young kids. The kitchen was amazing! 2 of every appliance including built in ice machines! Lots of dishes/cooking supplies and with 2 dishwashers we used those plates more than disposable. Be sure to inquire about garbage, we checked with a neighbor as to when they should go out. A recycle bin is inside but not one designated outside so we filled a can full but don’t know if they were collected that way. Also, check the propane tank if you plan to use- we did not and ran out while cooking the one time we used it. Peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Great balconies and views. We had a mobile Hibachi Grill catering guy, Gusti- sp?- come to the house and he set up under the home and cooked for all of us one night. It was a lot of fun, ambiance was great, food delicious and he was very funny; putting on a show while cooking. Last day Bonus - an ice cream truck came down the street- a “gourmet” ice cream truck- way better than the usual. The kids loved that! This was a wonderful vacation week. Thank you!!

A Perfect Week

Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations! The home is so spacious and comfortable-even for a group of 10 adults. The kitchen and bar can accommodate 10 people easily and there’s still the table that seats another 10. The listing provided an accurate list of things provided. All of the rooms were more than ample in size and very comfortable. The balcony provided a great view and plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. We were so busy that we really didn’t get to use the pool but had kids been with us I know it would have been a hit! Communication was a 10 out of 10. I received texts throughout the week to check on how we were doing and if we needed anything. We plan to stay here again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

The house was clean and very spacious but the A/C was programmed to reset to 85 degrees 4 times a day and made it impossible to sleep on the main floor HVAC crews came out twice and assured us everything was fine but never checked the programming of the thermostat , they had landscapers there one of the days we stayed and we couldn’t use the pool for over 4 hours there was no communication so we could plan around the work being done, the property management group told us to use the skimmer to clean the pool after they left it a mess, and then an hour before check out time the cleaners showed up and rushed us out of the house! I was told the manager would reach out and I still haven’t heard anything from him/her
