Enjoy beach access, pools, and free on-premises parking.

Designed for lovers of understated luxury and natural beauty, this spacious Terrasol condominium blends contemporary Mexican-inspired architecture with its desert-and-sea setting. Panoramic Pacific Ocean views create a memorable backdrop, while marina lights can be enjoyed from the bedroom, kitchen, and front porch.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, closets, room-darkening shades, and a dedicated desk workspace. The living area includes a sofa bed and TV, and the full kitchen is equipped with what you need for preparing meals.

For a comfortable stay, the condo also offers:
• WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work
• Air conditioning
• In-unit washer

• Outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture

Guest Access:

Details to Note:
A resort fee must be paid directly at the Terrasol front desk. The amount depends on the number of guests; for up to two guests, it is approximately USD 19.50 per day.

A one-time USD $35 cleaning fee must also be paid at the front desk during check-in.

Perfect location for walking to Marina. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Pool areas very nice . Could have used more soap and TP but overall I would stay there again.

The property was very clean. We enjoyed every morning sitting on the balcony watching the whales and the boats head out to fish.The only reason I rated it 4 star instead of 5 is I wish they would have had more hand soap and shampoo.
