The open floor plan living room leads to a lanai with both ocean and Haleakala mountain views. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, split AC and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a custom stone walk in shower.

The living room has comfortable furnishings and an updated 65" smart TV. The sleeper sofa combo has been updated to a queen memory foam mattress and can comfortably sleep two guests. The fully-stocked kitchen with full size appliances is fully equipped to cook meals from this oceanfront condo. This unit has high efficiency split air conditioning, one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen and ceiling fans for our guests that prefer open to enjoy the fresh air.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy.
