Nani Kai Hale 304 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with central air conditioning for your comfort. This well stocked, but uncluttered condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Tile floors and neutral decor are perfect for the tropics. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other a tub/shower combination. Dine at the bistro set on your private lanai with a partial ocean view.You'll enjoy the convenience of walking just a few steps to the beach or visiting all parts of Maui from our central location.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

It is a small property just on the beach. With parking and pool. It is located in a central Maui area. Airport, shoping and dining are close by. It is comfortable, quiet and safe.

Loved this condo . Condo as described, great communication with Bello Realty that helps manage some of the condo’s at Nani Kai Hale. Would definitely stay here again. I accidentally left my pricey jewelry on the armoire, the realty company promptly found my jewelry and sent it back to me. Couldn’t rate this condo high enough!

Wonderful!

Wonderful location and well stocked condo. It has everything you would need for a day on the beach. The kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware are in great shape. Beds are comfortable and the showers are nice. The communal bbq and outdoor patio was a bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation on Sugar Beach.

We had trouble

I did not have the code so it was a hassle getting into our condo. Luckily a woman who owned a condo helped us. It was evening and we had trouble finding the unit. We also had trouble working the coffee pot and microwave. One of the washing machines in the hallway did not work either. But it was a lovely, well decorated, well stocked and clean condo. We came to Maui to volunteer because of the fires.

Not only was the furniture nice and comfortable, but all of the decor made you feel like you were at home. Fully stocked, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag. The grill area and lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas are always a plus for my husband and of course the beach is only steps away from pool. A big plus the step down going to beach was fantastic no sand bags anymore ground is level with sand. Big improvement from our last visit in March. So excited to return in December. Thank you for making this visit incredible.

Everything on the website description was accurate - great location, well maintained, etc. This place felt like a home and had everything we needed. We stayed at another place in Lahaina for a couple days after this one, which was on the surface more trendy/good looking in pictures, but that one turned out to be bad construction and was lacking a lot of necessary items. This Nani Kai Hale place had beach chairs, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything we could have wanted. My literal only complaint was the bed was a little old. It was relatively affordable too. Would definitely book again!

There is an easy boy couch and chair and a big wood table which made it very cramped. While nice it was way too Big for the small area. All the drawers were filled with games and toys, so it was not suitable for 4 of us.Also the closet was too full to hang clothes up. It needs to be cleaned out and made available for renters to use. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a great location, but comfortable wise it’s just too small for 4 people.

Enjoy no traffic and a great view of the ocean from your lanai! We interacted with the property management company for a minor inconvenience - a friendly associate showed up in person and took care of it without issue. This condo is fully stocked with everything from cookware to beach accessories. Our stay very a pleasant experience and surely won't be our last.

Good property

The condo was nicely furnished, plenty of towels. Nice to have beach equipment and all the cooking utensils you would ever need. The only problem I had was the hot water in the shower was never warmer than lukewarm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Members of our family have been coming here for 20+ years, it's the best value and nicest atmosphere in the area. However due to erosion, the beach access is very difficult and dangerous for older persons (such as myself). 3 years ago it was difficult and still is. The steps that have been improvised are slippery particularly when the shower has been used and there is no handrail to steady the climber. As a result I may have to find alternative accommodation in future.

Well designed and completely furnished and outfitted with anything you could need. Most comfortable hide a bed ever! Hello Realty was an excellent companyvto deal with. They even checked on us personally after the storm and flooding.
