Thank you for your positive review of our property. We are delighted to hear that you found the accommodations and the view to be satisfactory. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We appreciate your business and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
After seeing bad reviews with tidewater we were a little worried. There was nothing to worry about because the room was very nice and we had a great stay. We needed more towels and they were quick to send us more. The elevators aren’t really slow. There is 31 floors that they have to work so it takes time. If you don’t like the wait then take the stairs. My family had a great time and the condo was perfect for our party of 6.
My brother and I took my elderly disabled mother and adult special needs granddaughter there for a visit. The room was very accommodating for my mother in a transport chair. She enjoyed the step in shower and recliner. The swivel chairs on balcony were a challenge for her since they weren’t stable. The main complaint for us was the bunk beds and sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was so bad one of us had to sleep on top of sofa instead. The other one of us had to sleep in the recliner. The top bunk was so close to the bottom bunk it made it very uncomfortable for both people on top and bottom. The mattresses (or bunky board) squeaked loud with every movement. The biggest issue with the bunk beds was the piece of wood going across the top of the ladder making it very difficult to get in and out of the bed. This is why we were not able to use the top bunk. A few simple adjustments to the top bunk and all mattress being replaced with new ones would have made a huge difference in us being comfortable with our visit there. We also did not have a blanket for the sofa (bed) and even though we requested one and was told one would be delivered, we never got it. We had to use our beach towels to cover with. Mattresses in a hotel room are one of the most important parts of the room!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
I'll start by saying this room was everything pictured on site. The resort itself needs some elevator improvements. Here's some pros and cons to my travel.Cons: The host didn't send my room code in my boarding pass. I arrived at the resort a little after 6pm, checked in with the officer and then asked for my room code. He responded with, it should be listed from your host on your boarding pass. We both looked & couldn't find it anywhere. It took almost 2 hours to finally get someone to answer the phone. I left text messages & voicemails. Finally the sweet lady working the front desk called from her phone & a lady named Layken answered. She was able to give me the code to enter our room. To me, this issue should have resulted in more than I'm sorry but so far that's all I've gotten. The officer and I filed a complaint that night.Upon arrival, we didn't need a code for the parking gate b/c it was broken. During our stay several elevators were broken. Just so happens that also the only elevator from resort )without crossing the main hwy) was broken the night before we checked out & still broken the morning of. I walked around the parking garage from level 2 to ground so I could pull my car around to load it. Thankfully I wasn't walking up to level 5! The pool was ice cold on Thrs Oct 16, 2025 while it was 85 degrees outside. Extra fees were 50 to be refundable if needed & amenity fees that VRBO doesn't cover.PROS: The staff was very friendly. The room & view were great.
