River's Rest on the Cartecay- Riverfront Cabin

This cabin will have you relaxing from the moment you step out of your car. When you get to River's Rest, you will be greeted with the peaceful sound of the Cartecay river. With everything you need in a cabin and in a town, you will be sure to love River’s Rest by the Cartecay!

River's Rest is a spacious three-level cabin, offering an open floor plan with three bed rooms, a screened in porch on the main level, and an open deck on the lower level both overlooking the river. The master bedroom (queen bed) is located on the main level with a sliding door leading out to the screened in porch. The loft is equipped with two double beds and a second full bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub overlooking the river. The lower level bedroom contains a set of bunk beds and has a sliding door leading out onto the lower level deck. There is also a newly added full bathroom on the lower level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking ware needs. The kitchen table comfortably sits 7, with 4 TV trays for extra seating. The living room area has a fire place with automatic starting gas logs for a cozy evening by the fire. You will be able to stay connected with our free wi-fi and three HD Smart TVs while in the mountains. River's Rest has a recreation room with foosball, various games, and a 55' TV.

River's Rest's porches are a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sound of the rolling river. You can have a day in, enjoying the river fishing in our backyard or explore with the many activities Ellijay has to offer. River's Rest is located 15 minutes from Amicalola Falls, home of the state's highest waterfall and several zip line courses. We are 10-15 minutes from Downtown Ellijay and 20-25 minutes from Blue Ridge. There is also kayaking adventures, apple orchards, and wineries 5-10 minutes down the road.
