I am local to Indianapolis but respect my guest’s space and privacy so I will not be onsite during the stay. I am available through the messaging app and by text, as needed for guest communications.

The home sits in the Irvington district of Indianapolis. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area with sidewalks for easy access to beautiful Ellenberger Park located just a few houses down at the end of the block. The neighborhood services as a quiet place to relax away from the city center but also affords easy access to downtown Indianapolis and major highways, making all of Indy's attractions easily accessible.

Guests have access to the entire home and yard areas. Guests will not have access to the detached garage or basement spaces.

Street parking is available in the front of the home. Guests are also welcome to park along the garage in the alley at the rear of the home but will not have garage access. Please keep the alley clear at all times for through traffic.
