About this property

Secluded home located on four acres of oaks, pines and palm trees. —Breakfast included! Eggs, Frozen Waffles, Pancake mix, syrup & Butter. —Enjoy your coffee on the front porch as the Sun peaks through the trees! —King bed in master bedroom & large double shower.
—2nd Bedroom has queen bed and pull out. -Baths have body wash, shampoo, conditioner.
—Fully stocked kitchen, basic spices. Keurig with carafe or K cup. Weber gas grill. —50” tv with Prime, Peacock FireTv. —-20 minutes to beaches. —-Most all lights have dimmers.

Newer construction built in 2019. Have been on another platform for 8 months.

We love the seclusion and the many shade trees. The property has been in my family for 47 years.
Although the house we are renting, I built in 2019

What makes this place special is the peacefulness out here with the wind blowing through the trees, the birds singing, the squirrels playing.
We provide a dozen eggs, frozen waffles, pancake mix, syrup and butter to get you started.
Also provide laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
