Guests will have full access to the entire apartment as well as all building amenities, including the gym and pool, which are open and available during the summer season.

Printer’s Row is ideally located just a short walk from many of Chicago’s top attractions—only 5 to 10 minutes from Grant Park, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute of Chicago. It’s also close to the Museum Campus, including the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium, which are about 20–25 minutes away on foot or a quick bus ride. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the Willis Tower and the Loop’s shopping, dining, and theatre district, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter, more residential atmosphere.
Getting Around:
It is exceptionally well-connected for getting around Chicago by public transportation. It’s just a short walk to several major CTA train stations, including Harold Washington Library (serving multiple lines), LaSalle (Blue Line), and Jackson (Red and Blue Lines), making travel across the city easy and fast. The LaSalle Street Metra station is right around the corner for suburban commuters, and Union Station is about 15–20 minutes away on foot. Several CTA bus routes run nearby on State, Clark, and Dearborn, and Divvy bike stations are close by for quick, flexible trips. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.
Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the house is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.
Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Parking: One parking spot is available. Suitable for sedans and small SUVs only. Trucks or larger vehicles will not fit in the designated space.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the building. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
