It’s also close to the Museum Campus, including the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium, which are about 20–25 minutes away on foot or a quick bus ride. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the Willis Tower and the Loop’s shopping, dining, and theatre district, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter, more residential atmosphere.
Getting Around:
It is exceptionally well-connected for getting around Chicago by public transportation. It’s just a short walk to several major CTA train stations, including Harold Washington Library (serving multiple lines), LaSalle (Blue Line), and Jackson (Red and Blue Lines), making travel across the city easy and fast. The LaSalle Street Metra station is right around the corner for suburban commuters, and Union Station is about 15–20 minutes away on foot. Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the house is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.
Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Parking: One parking spot is available. Suitable for sedans and small SUVs only. Trucks or larger vehicles will not fit in the designated space.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the building. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
