The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put hot tub cover back on after use, place cover over fire pit with stone on top and turn off propane.
Cover ping pong table, clean and cover the outdoor grill after using, place outdoor tv cover back on with remote inside.
Make sure cornhole boards have been placed back inside the backyard storage box along with other games/accessories.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot Tub Rules: Max 7 people. No glass, food, diving, or smoking. Shower before use, keep noise low, replace cover after. Enjoy responsibly!
🌳 Backyard - move grill from house, clean after use, turn off propane. Respect noise level. Keep turf safe—no smoking or burning in backyard.

Super fun place with a well laid out floor plan. All the games in the backyard kept everyone entertained. The house was also well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
