This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort on Lake Stewart with the beach access right across the boardwalk at the Whales Tail restaurant and beach bar! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 5 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, queen size bed and twin size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play is included if needed. 

Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

The condo was just as described with an attic full of amazing accessories - including a stroller! We had to leave our stroller behind due to trunk space and we were BEYOND pleasantly surprised to see one in the attic space. PLUS all of the beach gear AND wagon you could dream of.Oh, and they even have a crockpot and wine fridge, too.Everyone completely enjoyed the stay. 10/10

2025 Miramar trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and organized. Perfect spot! Walk to beach was not long at all. The only downside to the rental was there wasn’t enough towels in the bathrooms. We had to run laundry everyday just to make sure we had enough towels for everyone to shower. Also we were only given one parking slip even though we had two vehicles in our party. So the other car had to get a new temp tag everyday. Overall everything else was great.
