About this property
Fully Renovated 1800s Red Barn Close to Everything
Summary:
Custom and newly renovated 1800's barn with infinite charm. Located just south of Bozeman, on two acres, near multiple trailheads and right next to a public park. Very quiet area with great views of the Bridger Range and surrounding landscapes from the south-facing patio. Other features include original hardwood floors and spiral staircases, wood burning stove, new kitchen with brand new appliances, washer/dryer, radiant bathroom floor, two loft-style bedrooms with a small orchard on site.
The Space:
This space is the top floor of the barn and there are long term tenants below with two dogs. Each guest will have separate access to this unit and the bottom unit will be completely closed off from access to this space. There is also an old schoolhouse on the acreage that serves as space for other long term tenants. Both of the beds are firm in the unit. Multiple types of pillows and linens/blankets available!
Guest Access:
There is a designated parking area for one vehicle at the red barn. The long term tenants also have parking spots nearby so there may be other vehicles on site during each guests stay.
The Neighborhood:
This is the top unit of a renovated barn with long term tenants on the bottom (please try to be courteous about noise to respect the tenants below). One the two acre property, there are several fruit trees and a park next door. There is also a renovated schoolhouse on site where there are two other units occupied by long term tenants. This location has great access to hiking and biking trails and is just a short drive to downtown Bozeman and Montana State University.
Other Things to Note:
There are two fairly steep sets of spiral staircases within the space. That being said, the two loft bedrooms are not very suitable for young kids and less mobile individuals. There are two dogs in the lower unit that may bark upon arrival with excitement, otherwise, they are really nice.
