Please read the full listing and House Rules carefully before booking and during your stay. By booking, you agree to the following:

No pets and absolutely no smoking, drugs, or illegal activity

No candles, incense, or any burning on the premises

No parties or unregistered guests

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Lock the door every time you leave

Turn off lights and AC when not in use

Do not move or rearrange furniture

No eating meals in bed or red/colored drinks on furniture

Check-out is by 11:00 AM

Notify us ASAP if anything breaks or spills

Eco-friendly practices appreciated: conserve water, energy, and recycle

We contract monthly with Truly Nolen Pest Control, but due to the historic nature of the home, the occasional bug may appear—we appreciate your understanding

Important Fees:

Lost key: $60

Lost parking pass: $200
