The full eat-in kitchen is equipped with a freestanding gas range, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils you'll need.
The highlight? A plush Vista Series pocketed spring queen mattress engineered for deep support and a restful night’s sleep.
This clean, private cottage offers:
Private entrance and bathroom
Soft, fluffy towels and fresh, comfortable pillows (ask us where to buy!)

No pets and absolutely no smoking, drugs, or illegal activity
No candles, incense, or any burning on the premises
No parties or unregistered guests
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Lock the door every time you leave
Turn off lights and AC when not in use
Do not move or rearrange furniture
No eating meals in bed or red/colored drinks on furniture
Check-out is by 11:00 AM
Notify us ASAP if anything breaks or spills
Eco-friendly practices appreciated: conserve water, energy, and recycle
We contract monthly with Truly Nolen Pest Control, but due to the historic nature of the home, the occasional bug may appear—we appreciate your understanding

Lost key: $60
Lost parking pass: $200
