This place can't be beat for its close proximity the beach (and when we were there in Aug, a much less busy beach than others on AMI). Clean and well kept. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. We were so tired from our beach days, that we didn't use the pool, but it was super clean! Christine was so easy to communicate with, always prompt and accommodating.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m so happy you enjoyed the easy beach access and, especially, the quieter stretch of beach during your August stay. It sounds like you made the most of your beach days! 😊 I’m also glad you found everything clean, well kept, and well stocked for a relaxing stay. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and I really appreciate your thoughtful words. We’d love to welcome you back to Anna Maria Island anytime! 🌴☀️

Christine was very responsive to questions. The location was perfect, being right across the street from the beach and a short walk to Bridge Street. The accommodations were very nice - clean, comfortable, and decorated very cute! The shared pool area was a good place to relax even though the weather did not permit us to use the pool.We would definitely stay here again.
