Experience the ultimate Caribbean outdoors at our artistic villa directly by the sea.
The seawater pool, water maker and solar power make the house completely off-grid. Enjoy sea views, the beach Jeremi (4 min walk) and the Christoffel Park. The breeze blocks, the high ceilings with fans and louvre doors provide a pleasant indoor climate (no air-conditioning needed). There is an extra large kitchen with BBQ kamado grill, four spacious identical bedrooms and a master bedroom with study and pantry. All with a private bathroom. The resort is gated.

House was amazing, perfect location for accessing Playa Jeremi, great views, restaurants in Lagun, and other beaches in Banda Abou. Great for family/groups with welcoming common space and separate bedrooms for downtime. Eco features are really cool.

We are architects and designed and build the house according to our own sustainable and artistic philosophy.
The house contains our art collection, design furniture, and a lovely kitchen so our guests can enjoy the things we love as well.

Why they chose this property

This rural area, locally called Banda Abou, is tranquil and very natural. The most beautiful beaches of Curacao and an entry to the national park with wonderful hikes are close by. The beach, the resort is named after, "Jeremi" is only a 4 minute walk. The villa is designed to have views of the beach, ocean and beautiful green hills.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is completely off grid. That means we make our own drinking water (out of seawater) and all solar power is stored in batteries. This makes the Villa carbon neutral. Because of the purposeful design all rooms embrace the natural flow of wind that the ABC islands are known for.
Extra high ceilings, breezeblocks and louvre doors make the indoor climate very comfortable. Therefore Air-conditioners are unnecessary.
These features also contribute to a unique design of the villa. We have vintage and design furniture and the house is filled with art.
We've even created a private beach backyard for beach games and sunbathing. Nothing is missing to enjoy a fantastic Caribbean holiday.
