The Canberra center(David Jones, Myer, etc.), fantastic Glebe park, restaurants, banks, posts, civic library, civic gallery, casino, and other facilities are all within walking distance. This apartment is brand new, with modern living experiences, like a smart TV, outdoor sofa set with coffee table, queen, single beds with the pillow top. 850 m walking distance to train station Alinga Street.
The building is designed in a modern style. The apartment is located in Canberra`sMetropol complex.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms in this property:
1st Bedroom: Queen-size bed with pillow-top
2nd Bedroom: 2* single beds with pillow-top
There is a key-safe for self-check-in. We only provide only 1 set of guest keys, please do not lose the keys since the replacement fee will be charged. since we need sufficient time to do the clean job and get well-prepared for every guest, please check out and leave the key in the apartment when you leave. Delay checkout will be charged $50 per hour.
A safe indoor private car parking spot is provided, for the bikes, there is a parking room located on the ground floor of this building, and it accesses with a swipe card.
Only 850 meters walking distance to Alinga Street Station to get the train.
Key and remote lose will be extra charge, $200 each.
Please be aware that smoking indoors will result in a significant fine of $500, having a party will lead to a $500 fine.
