We were happy with the facilities and their cleanliness and it was spacious for five people. It was convenient to central Canberra while providing a semi-rural experience for our early morning runner. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Amenities were fine and clean. A second key would be great when ppl need to do different things or go diff places. Unable to lock doors to the balcony.

The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. Very spacious. The only thing id like improved is y he check in time. 4pm is very late. Most check in is at 2pm. If there is a late chech in time there should be a compensation of free plate check out at 12pm

Based on guest feedback, we’ve already adjusted our standard check-in time to 3:00 pm, which allows us to balance earlier access with the time needed to ensure the apartment is properly cleaned and prepared.
