No parties or events allowed, this is a residential Area.
No smoking allowed. A $500+ penalty plus cost of remediation, and immediate removal of guests from the home if any signs of smoking in the unit or on the property is discovered at any time
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No pets allowed.
Unauthorized pets will be fined
No loud music at anytime
Absolutely no loud noise and/or any music, loud TV between 10pm and 8am.

This condo is on the second floor with no elevator.
