The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink. Gather all used towels and place them in the laundry baskets (you’ll find one in each room closet)
Close all curtains. Turn off all lights, appliances, and AC units before you leave
Bag up all trash and place it in the gray bins located in the backyard or along the side sidewalk. Lock all doors, windows, and gates on your way out and leave the keys in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask that you turn off lights and AC units whenever you leave the property. It helps keep the power grid happy and your stay even cooler.
This is a smoke-free home. We do have real-time smoke detection sensors, and violations trigger alerts and penalties. Violations have a fine of $350.

This rental is exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable beds, large screen TV, great towels, adequate kitchen. Especially nice coffee maker and hair dryer. Having the beach chairs, beach towels, and other beach items was a nice touch. Air conditioning of the home worked well. Coffee and drinks in the fridge also helpful. Communication with Carlos regarding some minor issues was good.

Truely Exceptional Stay!

We had the absolute best experience staying here! The owners were beyond friendly and incredibly hospitable—going out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth, and they provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained inside and out, and felt very safe and comfortable—especially after a long flight. The beds were super cozy, and we all slept like babies! It was perfect for our family of four, but there’s definitely enough space for a larger group to stay comfortably.The home is equipped with boardgames for game nights, and beach equipment which really came in handy.We also really appreciated the helpful local recommendations from the owners—they made our trip even better! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cool, clean, and convenient place to stay. Thank you again for everything!

A Hidden Gem!!!

Honestly, this place is a total hidden gem. Check-in was super smooth and the hosts were amazing. Really friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. The AC was ice cold in every room, which felt amazing after being out in the heat all day. They had all the beach gear ready to go, chairs, cooler, even a cart. The cold water and ice in the fridge was such a nice touch.The location couldn’t be better. Super close to everything but still nice and quiet. Parking was everywhere, no stress at all. The beds? Amazing! Like, actually felt like sleeping on clouds. We didn’t want to get up in the morning. When we did get up, our daily ritual was to go to the bakery that was steps away.Can’t recommend this rental enough! Such a truly great stay.
