Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bring garbage/recycling to the end of the driveway Thursday night. They pick up Friday. Return barrels into the garage after pick up.
Leave gate pass and key fobs on the kitchen island before you check out.
Gather all used towels (bath/beach) and place them in master shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not put the cookware and bakeware in the dishwasher. We kindly ask that you handwash to preserve the coatings.
DO NOT forget to leave the key FOB and the gate pass on the counter when you check out. Unfortunately, we would have to charge a replacement fee :(
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Take out any "stinky" trash before you leave. Trash day is Friday please roll it to the curb.

We chose Englewood because it offers the perfect blend of charm, relaxation, and accessibility. Several of our friends already had homes here and couldn’t say enough about how special it was—and after visiting, we completely agreed. The weather is beautiful almost year-round, the beaches are stunning, and the area has a welcoming, family-friendly feel that’s both safe and peaceful. We also love how easy it is to get here, with affordable, direct flights from Providence on Breeze and Allegiant making quick getaways simple. Englewood feels like a true hidden gem—close to everything, but never overcrowded—and we’re thrilled to now call it our home away from home.
