The place was great it just listed it as 5 Bedrooms on the listing and only really had 4 separate ones. I emailed about this and never heard back from anyone. But it was a very nice place. Just be aware it only has 4 separate rooms.

Wonderful cabin with beautiful views
We were very comfortable in this beautiful cabin. It’s close to Sapphire Valley Resort .
We really liked the location, Native-Indian themes all around the house. Kids enjoyed skiing, only 10 minutes from the cabin. We would definitely stay again.
I have thought about this, the house was great. Everything was there that we needed and more. The bed was a little stif fir me but my wife slept great so still 5 stars

Wonderful Cabin
My daughter and I lived out stay in this cabin. The view from the deck was amazing! The cabin was clean and comfortable. We hiked to waterfalls in the area during the day and relaxed by the fireplace at night. We didn't want to leave.
The property was beautiful and all of the furnishings and pieces of art, Remingtons, were incredible. We loved every minute and the views were spectacular.
Finding the house was an adventure, however, it was so secluded and that made it special.
It was a wonderful experience!
We had a great time at this cabin. It had everything we needed. We cooked most meals at the house and there was no shortage of dishes. Really nice grill. Has a tankless water heater so we never ran out of hot water. That was important with 8 people in the house.

%0th Birthday Trip with Friends
Our stay was wonderful! There was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to hang out together. Plenty of dishes for cooking and serving. Very nice grill. The home is beautiful! and the views are too! It has a tankless water heater so we never ran out of hot water! Short drive to waterfalls. I think we seen 10 in the 4 days we were there. We were on motorcycles so having the garage was great! I'm sure we will be return guest!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Large Home
Large home in neighborhood but very remote. Kitchen well stocked with all the basics. Decent views on the back deck. Neighbors are very, very close. Only complaint would be the bed and floor in the master bedroom squeaked terribly; not a little squeak, but obnoxious. Better have everything you need when you leave town as it is many twists and turns to get to the house.
Beautiful home stocked with everything you need for a great stay. My only complaint is the communication. I emailed and texted the property manager a week before my stay with an important issue and never got a response. The home was clean but the coffee maker had old grounds in it and I had to empty the full dishwasher. I was also stung by a wasp that was in the kitchen. The location is absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Decorated very tastefully
Terrific stay at this beautiful mountain home over Christmas. Super clean and well stocked. Only problem was that the heat pump could not keep up with the frigid temps (5 degrees) and high winds that broke decades of weather records and the indoor temp was a chilly 58 for the first 2 days. Owner was very responsive and sent over the maintenance man right away but nothing could be done. The fireplace was.a lifesaver! The last 3 days the outdoor temps warmed up and the indoor temps were comfortable. Otherwise, our stay was exactly what we wanted.,
The home is not only beautiful but so interesting! So many interesting original Indian pieces throughout the house. It was welcoming, quiet, beautiful and we didn't want to leave! It was even cool enough in the evenings for the fire. My 12 year old granddaughter enjoyed everything about the cabin and the area as well. Beautiful drive to Highlands and several waterfalls to visit. I spoke with the homeowner and she was delightful and I loved hearing about how and where many of the Indian pieces were collected. It is somewhere we will definitely stay again. My almost 96 year old mom so enjoyed the stay and loved the deck, mountain views and the hummingbirds that visited close by! It was easy for her to get around the house which eased our minds. So,,,,,, it was perfect for the young and the very old and all in between. Loved our stay.
My husband and I with my three grown children and their spouses spent 4 days enjoying family time and the cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated and well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was more stocked with everyday items than I usually see when we stay in rental cabins. It even had 2 coffee pots! I brought my keurig kpod coffee pot and they had one already! We were staying inside someones home! It had everything you needed and very clean! The cabin, however, has pictures that show 5 bedrooms and this is incorrect. I read about this from someone that had left a review in October and obviously the website has not been corrected. Thank goodness we only needed 4 bedrooms. This is NOT a 5 bedroom cabin. We cooked every meal in the cabin and used the outdoor grill. The deck was wonderful and the view was great! We hiked to many waterfalls and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood high enough in the mountains but it was still very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Mice in the house, dusty, unresponsive owners/housekeeper
We were so looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, the very first night we saw two mice run across the floor while we were watching tv. We reached out to the owner and the housekeeper by email, these were the contacts listed. We received no response. We woke up the next morning because we heard what sounded like rodents running around. It was a distinct sound of a small animal of some sort scuffling around. The next day I reached out by text. I even sent a picture of a mouse in the house. We still received no response. I called the Evolve team. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and sent an email stating that a pest control person would be out the next day. Pest control did not come and the owners and housekeeper did not reach out our entire stay. The home was beautiful and had a lot of neat decorations in each room. I don’t believe the decor had been dusted in quite some time. There was a lot of dust on surfaces. The home looked to be spot cleaned prior to our arrival. The trash can in the kitchen had gunk on the inside and outside. It almost looked like butter or some sort of lard. I wiped the outside of it, but did not deep clean the inside of it. The master bath towels smelled like they had sat in the washing machine too long. I tried to wash, fold and put away as many of them as I could while I was there. Overall, we could have overlooked some of these things and still left a nice review as the dust and sour laundry are not a reflection of the home and owners, but the housekeeping service they use. Our poor review is due to the fact that we were ignored about mice in the house. I did not anticipate traveling to a beautiful place like Sapphire Valley and sleeping with mice scampering and leaving their droppings about.
