First time renters

Home looked newly remodeled. Was supprised to see no Televisions or radios at all! Had taken DVDs to watch at night, can't do that. Was given no rules, what we expected to do or not do, washing machine was running when we got there (blanket), and no toaster. Was concerned that wall heater was blowing on bedding 7 inches away!

Clean, and a wonderful location. The street was quite as were the neighbors.Great communication. The home was sparsely furnished, and there were no decorations at all. We would suggest a coffee table end table, beautiful deck but no patio furniture, and possibly a dresser or two. The kitchen was stocked with special items. The necessities were not there though. They only had three skillets, and no pots and pans ( we bought a pot so that we could make spaghetti)only place settings for four people so you constantly had to do dishes. We decided to go out and buy another four dinner plates and additional coffee cups. There were absolutely no games, books, or a welcome book to explain how the television and heating system worked. We also left a deck of cards and a game for future guests.
