Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty all trash in large trash bags (not small grocery bags), tie securely & put in outside trash cans. NO LOOSE TRASH–All trash must be in a securely tied trash bag to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Wash and have towels started in dryer.
Return all furniture to its original position.
Close/lock all windows & doors.Turn off all lights & ceiling fans.Return all furniture to its original position.
Make sure you have not left any pet waste and/or trash in the yard/porches/decks.
Turn thermostat to:
80 degrees/cool (May-October)
55 degrees/heat (November-April)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
