Why they chose this property
The Springs is perfectly located to get to beautiful sunsets on the sound and beach days in East Hampton or Amaganset. Our house is a short walk to the marina to chart a boat and explore more of Hamptons and North Fork. We love live music at springs tavern, the coffee at S&S, weekly springs farmers markets

The deck and beautiful garden scape it looks out onto. The deck is over a 1000sq ft and is perfect for entertaining
