Lovely 4 Bedroom, 3 bath home in the popular community of Hampton Lakes on Hwy 27. Hampton Lakes is located only 12 Miles to Walt Disney World!

This home has two master suites, both with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each which share the third bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a full size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The kitchen also offers cutlery, dishware, cookware, coffee and tea pot. Plenty of seating for the family at the breakfast nook which seats 4 and the dining room table which seats 6.
Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat screen smart tv. All your favorite apps are super easy to access like Netflix, Amazon movie, Disney + and more! Or hop on the complimentary Wi-Fi and share your amazing vacation photos with friends and family

A full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board and hair dryer are also included for your convenience. The private pool is screened in and can be heated for an additional supplement during the winter months. The garage has a games room to keep the kids entertained when resting from the parks.

Community facilities include a children's playground, volleyball court, and walking paths around the lake. Hampton Lakes is a great community and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the newly opened EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

We were satisfied with our stay. There is some traffic noise, but we got used to it after the first night. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Good stay

The property was nice. Good space and has a pool. Has all the things you need for your vacation. Some of the amenities are dated but are usable. It is a good choice for those who would like to get a good place without breaking the bank.

This is a nice house and close to everything. Pool was amazing, wifi worked good. Cell phone signal isn't very good though sometimes had to go outside but that wasn't an issue for me.

Joel, Hampton Lakes community is a very safe community but crime can happen anywhere unfortunately. We are very sorry this happened to you but this had nothing to do with the house itself. I felt like they know tourist, are you referring to us? I can assure you renting this home had nothing to do with your suv being stolen or you being a target. I understand rating only a 1 star because of what happened, but that had nothing to do with the house. This could have happened anywhere. I do hope the police have been helpful in locating your suv.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this incredible vacation home in Florida! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated everything was. The home had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel relaxed right away. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into maintaining the space. ✅ Awesome Pool and Outdoor Area: The private pool was the star of our trip! The villa was okay however there were a lot of broken items. The drawer fronts in the kitchen were broken and would fall off. No backs on remote controls and tape had been used instead. The rings on the hob weren't level so pans would slide off when trying to cook. We felt the villa was quite dated and with it being next to a very busy road it was also really noisy at all times of the day and night. Probably wouldn't want to stay there again.

We had. Few concerns, the pool was not clean water was kind of dirty, not clear. The sliding door going to the pool had aa alarm that I tried to reset I could not do it, it was annoying every time we went out to the pool the alarm went on. Very annoying. I call the office cruda it it was closed already. Another thing that was terrible was the AC it was hot at night time we could not sleep the first night at all. But besides that the house was nice, comfortable.

Nice vacation getaway

Great location to all the Disney parks. We had 3 adults, 2 seniors and 2 teenagers on this trip. The house was large enough for all of us. In fact, we didn't even use the dining room and sitting area since we all gathered in the living room/kitchen area with plenty of room. All the rooms were large enough and having 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer were all a plus. The kids loved the game room (garage). We cooked several meals without much trouble. The pans are "well used" to put it politely and there weren't any silicone spatulas. But we were able to make due with the utensils available. There were plenty of other dishes though. The house itself is nice and clean but it could use some updating. Bring your own pillows because the ones provided are as flat as they can be. We were there the beginning of March and even though the weather was in the 80s all week, it was too early to use the pool. We opted not to have it heated since we were spending most of our day hours away. My only complaint is that the vent covers could use a good cleaning, but I am a clean freak so the others didn't even notice. We would stay here again, just bring a few extra items from home.

Wouldn't stay at the villa ever again, only stayed one night with four hours sleep due to the very busy road directly behind the villa. The cleanliness of the villa was of such poor standard my children wouldn't walk on the carpet. The walls and blinds had dried food splattered on them. The dishwasher had food, label and plastic spoon in the bottom of it. One of the beds had a ripped cover and the black single bed had a ripped sheet with hairs in the bed. The vents were thick in dust. There was food stuck to the cutlery. One of the double beds had hairs and stains. The pool wasn't even going when we turned up and the heating wasn't on despite paying extra for this, there was also a dirty tissue floating on the bottom of the pool. The chairs outside were ripped and a Health and Safety hazard. I cried most of the first night and my children were so scared we all stayed in one bed. The games room had half of the equipment missing, this we requested and thus couldn't use. Shower heads were all scaled and had scum around all the nozzles, disgusting. The oven was disgusting dried food everywhere. Sofa was badly worn and the cushions had stuffing bursting out of the back. Blinds were thick in dust. The villa was so awful after one night I rang our travel agent and requested to be moved or sent home to UK as I couldn't stay there any longer. We sourced our own villa and have moved to some where which is how a villa should look, clean, tidy with a nice pool and no traffic noise.

It's the first time over 20 years that we have stayed in a villa so bad, it was horrendous being woken up every morning 3am to traffic the roar of it going past it was terrible you should have more respect for paying guests and not put them in a villa right next to a bizzy motorway, if the person who owns the villa likes noise that's ok but you shouldn't put paying guests in a place like that, I spent every other night at a friends villa just to get some sleep you shouldn't have to do that, Also the decor of the place wasn't very appealing brown walls all the way through it was just like walking into a cave you had to have lights on in the day and the tv up load to drown out the traffic, we mite as well had a condo because the pool area wasn't used the fumes from the traffic and the noise was awful, regards julie

Orlando trip 2021

Great location, great price for the home, and lots of room for the 6 of us. We enjoyed our stay in the home and we had coffee maker issues and we were able to get ahold of someone easily and quickly and they fixed the problem the next day by providing us with a new one. Great experience and we would stay again!
