There is a public boat launch just down the street and a private dock behind the house. Convenient location to I-75 ,downtown Fort Myers and gulf coast beautiful beaches.

The Blue River House was beautifully updated, very spacious, and convenient to various stores and restaurants. We were visiting family who live at Babcock Ranch and this location was a short drive to their home and a nice alternative to staying within that development.
