Experience comfort, style, and a warm welcome in our thoughtfully designed cottage with fenced off patio and yard behind our main house. Perfect to enjoy Denver’s 300 days of sunshine per year! Nestled in a vibrant, friendly neighborhood, our suite offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Ideally located near Downtown Denver, Mile High, Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Red Rocks, it’s the perfect home base whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.

For the past 8 years, we’ve proudly been recognized as a ‘5-star guest favorite’ on VRBO’s competing platform, earning Superhost status thanks to our commitment to creating exceptional stays. Book your visit and discover the charm and comfort that has delighted so many of our guests. Now also available on VRBO. *Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a small nightly fee for additional cleaning of $20 per pet per night. (Maximum 1 large OR 2 smaller dogs). Please note that the pet fee is not included in the nightly rate and can be paid by cash or cash app.
Please keep dogs crated when left alone in the guest house.
Also keep dogs off furniture and bed at all times out of respect for future guests and people that might have allergies. Unfortunately we will have to charge an additional deep cleaning fee of $150 if pets have been on the bed and furniture.

Unfortunatelys we do not allow cats.

* This unit is great for 2 adults and up to 2 kids or adolescents.
* Our studio is smoke free. Any violation will be charged with a $150 additional cleaning fee.
* On most major holidays we require a 3 nights minimum. Details are also in the guest house instruction page on-site. Please read our house and neighborhood rules carefully to avoid misunderstandings or additional fees.

Most amazing little place! Truly magical and the owners have thought of everything. The backyard is private and it’s so safe. The entrance is easy and so is street parking. Never once had an issue there is some parking. I love love love this place. I can’t wait to come back! Close to everything! Go to Trader Joe’s, get some flowers, wine, and some treats and enjoy every moment of your stay!

Darling Mini House in Highlands

Our host was very responsive regarding checkin and even helped with dinner suggestions. The place was well stocked including a "thirst aid" kit in the fridge. Very quiet area with close by street parking. Outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee and we had everything we needed in our little home away from home. Our pup was also welcomed which made our Denver visit more fun.

This was a nearly perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Completely fenced in yard space was great for our dog, the only down side is there is no grass- it’s all concrete and large gravel. Our dog was very hesitant to use the gravel to potty at first but did eventually go. It was relatively quiet and the hosts were readily available!

Great small space for 1-2 people. Efficient design makes good use of former garage space. If you can handle moving furniture around to suit you/being creative about your unpacking, it's so worth it. (Ladder up to loft bed is not for the faint of heart, though.) Lovely patio with ample furniture, private fenced yard. Nearby Tennyson St restaurants and a bus line that gets you to Coors Field. I stayed there for a baseball trip. Met the hosts, very friendly and helpful. Nice touches to make us feel welcome, a couple drinks in the fridge upon arrival. Would stay again!
