Magnificent 117m2 apartment next to the Son Moll beach (400m)
It consists of a 35m2 living-dining room with heat pump equipment for air conditioning or heating, a magnificent 20m2 terrace with views of the pool. three double bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), there is a baby cot and high chair, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen with a covered clothesline. Maximum occupancy 6 people.
You can sunbathe on the terrace, read, eat, etc. due to its great spaciousness. It has an awning and umbrella.

There is a NON-OPTIONAL charge of 10 Euros/day not included in the budget to cover the costs of Wi-Fi internet and Air Conditioning.

There is an environmental policy of the Balearic community, ECOTASA, established depending on the season, the number of days of stay and the age of the occupants.

You can take walks along its coast, through the forest towards Cala Agulla on foot, by bicycle, or horseback riding.

On Saturdays there is a market in the Plaza de los Pinos where you can buy fruits, vegetables and local products.

Fantastic appartment!

We loved the stay. The design is very special and cute.It's really huge and the pool gives a perfect refreshment.Ana is very kind and in the surroundings you find supermarcets and restaurants next to the sea.

Perfect location

For the price, it was a perfect location.Very spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Maybe if you want to do intense cooking, you need to know there is no dishwasher. Though, this was no problem for us.The nice pool is right in front of the apartment.Two of the bedrooms are to the side of the garage. Then you need to close the windows in the morning when they start working.Overall, very nice communication with the landlady Ana. Next year, we come back!

No hot water and difficult access to pool

We booked an apartment to be able to stay and visit family. The ad said there were 2 pools but we had trouble accessing the one. The ad showed a bath which we wanted for my granddaughter but the taps didn’t work. Hot water? Very hit and miss. I notice this apartment is not on Vrbo anymore and if it is I would not recommend it.

Agréable

Super Appart : grande terrasse, chambres spacieuses, salles de bain correctes, cuisine satisfaisante, salon/salle à manger très grands & agréables. Excellente Piscine, Emplacement idéal : proche des rues animées tout en étant au calme. Heureusement qu'il y a des ventilateurs..la clim aurait été malgré tout la bienvenue ! Les commerces sont juste à côté et le station essence de l'avenue est la moi s chère de l'île !!

Sommerurlaub 2021

Wir haben die Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 20. Bis zum 30.08.21 über FeWo gemietet (5 Personen). Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder auf FeWo sahen für uns sehr ansprechend aus, sind unserer Meinung nach aber überhaupt nicht realitätsgetreu. Die Wohnung war voll von privaten Gegenständen, die in den Kleiderschränken/Badezimmerschränken etc. verstaut waren, sprich, wir hatten nicht einmal genug Platz für unsere Sachen. Kleiderbügel waren ebenfalls nicht ausreichend. In einem der Badezimmer war anstatt eines normalen Wasserhahns eine Armatur installiert, welche normalerweise für BD’s benutzt werden. Es kam also nicht selten vor, dass man nach dem Händewaschen klitschnass geworden ist. Zur Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung, empfanden wir als in Ordnung. Man ist innerhalb von 10 min am Strand Son Moll und innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß am Hafen. In dem Haus selbst haben wir uns nicht als willkommener Gast gefühlt, sondern nur „geduldet“. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, welches sonst ausschließlich von Einheimischen bewohnt wird, welche vermutlich (und auch verständlicherweise) von den ständig wechselnden Ferienwohnungsbesuchern genervt sind. Es war uns verboten, unsere Handtücher über die Balkonbrüstung zu hängen, es gab allerdings auch nicht genug Möglichkeiten, diese anderweitig zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Es gab zwar ein Wäschereck, aber mit 5 Personen und somit auch vielen Handtüchern und nassen Badesachen war dies längst nicht ausreichend. Es war uns vorher natürlich bewusst, dass wir uns in einer FeWo selbst versorgen müssen. Aber dass das Klopapier anscheinend vorher genau abgezählt wurde, hätten wir nicht gedacht. Es war in beiden Bädern nur so viele Blätter auf der Rolle, wie man eben am Tag der Ankunft verbraucht. Ebenso wie die Seife… Es gab keine Geschirrtücher, keinen sauberen Schwamm etc. Die Frau, die uns am Tag der Ankunft die Schlüssel vorbeibringen und uns die Wohnung zeigen sollte, ließ uns erst einmal eine halbe Stunde vor geschlossener Tür warten. Dann ging sie mit uns in die Wohnung, ließ uns dort stehen und begann dann erstmal, auf dem Balkon Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Dann verabschiedete sie sich auch schon wieder. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass wir einfach nur enttäuscht wurden. Die Wohnung entspricht nicht dem, was wir uns von den Bilden versprochen hatten und günstig war sie definitiv auch nicht. Wir werden diese Wohnung definitiv nie wieder mieten und auch niemandem empfehlen

Schöne Unterkunft für große Familie

Schöne Unterkunft , für uns sechs Personen , ausreichend. Leider kein Backofen, haben wir aber nicht vermisst. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist gut, Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen unserer Erwartung , Lage ist auch gut in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder . Super Familienferien in Cala Rajada

Für unsere Familie (2E&4K 7-13J) war die Wohnung perfekt! Toller Pool (1.20m-2m tief), super Lage! 5 min zum Strand und an die Meerpromenade mit sehr guten Restaurants. Man darf keine neue Wohnung erwarten, aber sie ist super ausgerüstet. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus. Einzig wer Strassenlärm nicht verträgt sollte es sich überlegen. Ana und Maria waren sehr hilfsbereit und die ganze Abwicklung unkompliziert. Vielen lieben Dank!

grand appartement proche de la mer avec belle piscine bien situé proche tout commerces et port

très bel appartement avec grande terrasse, belle piscine dans résidence (ne pas se fier aux photos, il n’y a qu’une seule piscine aux formes arrondies et non pas une 2e rectangulaire) centre ville à 5 min à pied vraiment très bien situé ! manque juste un lave vaisselle. déçu que l’on nous est facturé 3,5€ par jour d’internet alors que nous avions vu avec la gérante que nous ne voulions pas le wifi. Sinon rien à dire

Sehr geräumiges Appartement in toller Lage.Die Fotos sollten mal wieder aktualisiert werden.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Anas Wohnung. Sie selber hat sich als sehr umsorgte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin herausgestellt . Alle Mails bzw. Kontakte liefen über Sie. Jegliche Frage wurde umgehend und sehr zuvorkommend beantwortet. Zum Check in hat Sie uns an Ihre Verwalterin Maria Vorort verwiesen. Wir bekamen die Information dass diese deutsch spräche und wir alles weitere mit Ihr abklären könnten. Am Anreisetag haben wir, wie besprochen vom Flughafen aus besagte Maria angerufen und unsere voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit bekannt gegeben. Nach der allgemeinen Begrüßung stellten wir leider relativ schnell fest das sich Marias Deutschkenntnisse auf hallo, ja ja und ich verstehe nicht beschränkten. Kein Thema wir haben auf Englisch umgeschwenkt. Leider war auch da der Horizont relativ schnell erreicht was aber der Sache immernoch keinen Abbruch getan hat denn wo ein Wille da auch ein Weg. Irgendwie haben wir uns verständigt leider ohne große Unterweisung für die Wohnung. Wir haben sofort sämtliche anstehenden Zusatzkosten wie Touristensteuer und W-LAN Gebühr beglichen um relativ schnell festzustellen dass wir mit dem angegebenen Passwort fürs Internet nicht klar kamen. Was das mit einer 16 jährigem Tochter heißt brauche ich wohl nicht zu erwähnen. Leider war auch die Dusche am Zimmer unserer Tochter so eingestellt dass es nur heißes Wasser gab. Ausserdem tat es der Schlüssel für die Eingangstür nicht. Wieder haben wir Maria kontaktiert und Sie versprach am nächsten Tag gegen 16:00h zu kommen. Wir haben uns arrangiert und am folgenden Tag auf Maria gewartet. Sie kam aber nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe kam keine Resonanz. Ich habe mich dann mit der Vermieterin direkt in Verbindung gesetzt und Sie versprach sich umgehend zu kümmern. Wir standen die ganze Zeit in direktem Kontakt zu Ihr und Sie war mehr als bemüht. Tags drauf wurden alle Probleme zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst und wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Das Appartement ist in einer tollen sehr zentralen Lage. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist mehr als ausreichend um sich an heißen Tagen nochmal eben schnell auszukühlen. Wenn man von unseren Startschwierigkeiten absieht ,die Ana top wettgemacht hat hatten wir eine sehr gelungene Woche. Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Juwel und läd zum verweilen ein. Alles in allem würde ich das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Umgebungslärm und Pool

Leider wurde nie erwähnt dass eine stark befahrene Strasse gleich neben der Wonung ist. Der Pool war unbrauchbar. Das Wasser war schmutzig, die Ränder verschimmelt . Gut war der Einstellhallenparkplatz.

Lovely apartment in great resort

This is a great apartment fulfilling the description perfectly, it really is only 400m from the lovely beach of Son Mol! The balcony is very large and overlooking the pool although you may need to water the plants!!! Property was very clean throughout with all the facilities you could possibly need. Ana (the owner) and Maria (looks after the property) were both extremely helpful throughout and a joy to do business with. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying in Cala Ratjada and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Schöne Wohnung, central gelegen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Zentral zum Centrum aber trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Einzigstes manko war die Dusche in dem kleineren Badezimmer. Der Duschvorhang war leider viel zu kurz so das wir täglich eine Überschwemmung nach dem Duschen hatten. Sollte bei Gelegenheit einfach mal erneutert werden. Sonst Top!!!!!!!!!!! Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Bei unserer Ankunft ( 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder )wurde uns der Wohnungsschlüssel von Gabriel übergeben, mit kurzen Details zur Wohnung, er war sehr nett. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles ist vorhanden.Uns fehlte nur der Backofen, weil die Kinder echte Pizzaesser sind, aber es gibt ja viele Alternativen. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, alles ist sauber. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen mußten wir doch ab und zu die vorhandenen Ventilatoren anstellen.Die Terrasse ist schön groß und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Allerdings ist die Straße etwas nervig, wenn man die Ruhe auf dem Lande gewohnt ist und mit beginnender Dunkelheit haben uns die Mücken zerstochen.Der Pool ist super groß und sehr sauber.Die Nähe zur Stadt ist klasse, in ein paar Minuten ist man bei Geschäften, Restaurants etc., auch der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem war der Urlaub sehr schön, der Kontakt zu Ana sehr freundlich und sie antwortet schnell, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir würden wiederkommen. :-) !!!

Die Ideale Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub

Mein erster Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung. Wir machen seit 15 Jahren Urlaub in Cala Ratjada. Wir haben viele Hotels ausprobiert, Früstück bis 9:00 Abendessen bis 21:00 usw. bestimmen im Hotel den Tag. Der große Vorteil einer Wohnung liegt in der eigenen Zeitplanung. Wir haben uns für die Wohnung von Ana entschieden. Eine gute Idee. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos, wurde sehr sauber an uns übergeben. Sie ist sehr geräumig und absolut vollständig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind prima, ich habe immer gut und lange schlafen können. Die Terrasse ist perfekt ausgerichtet und sehr groß. Frühstück im Schatten und am Abend nach dem Strand kann man den Sundowner noch in der Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit von Ana! Schreibt man Ihr, kommt die Antwort meistens innerhalb von zwei Stunden oder noch schneller. Perfekt, wir kommen wieder. Rolf

Great apartment in a great place

We stayed two adults and two children in this great apartment for almost three weeks in July 2015. The apartment is large and very well equipped; we did not miss anything except from maybe air conditioning… In the period we where in Cala Ratjada it was very hot but there was several fans in the apartment which helped a bit. The apartment also has a very nice terrace, large and sunny with sitting groups, sun chairs etc. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but still close to the center and harbor of Cala Ratjada (5-8 min. walk) with numerous restaurants, bars etc. There can be quite a lot of noise in the "party street" but more quiet and relaxed along the promenade and harbor were there are many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed "Solo" with great food and service. There are also many nice beaches within 5 min drive (or 5 min. walk to the closest beach) and we also enjoyed swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the "dive center" a 5 min drive from the apartment. There is also a nice café in this dive center. Here you can enjoy a meal or a cold drink 2 meters from the sea and still watch over your kids in the water, perfect  I will also mention that it was very nice to have parking in the basement of the apartment and access to internet. Based on our experience and the information given on the web site I will give the apartment (and Cala Ratjada) 5 stars (even though we missed having air condition…) Svein V. Ljunggren
