Thank you for sharing this — I’m very sorry your stay was so disrupted.
We take pest sightings seriously and arranged an immediate pest-control treatment with follow-up visits and preventative measures. The broken porch chairs were removed and are being replaced/secured so they won’t be a safety issue for future guests. We also inspected and repaired the keypad and entry hardware, and tightened our check-in procedures so the door code is tested and reliable before each arrival.
