• Private 3 bedroom apartment in Carolina Beach
• High Tide is the entire TOP floor of the pictured home.
• Located 75 steps from the beach with public access. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and canal.
• Shared outdoor lounge with fire pits and games.
• Front porch with Adirondack chairs and string lights
• Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes
• Two Queen Bedrooms & one double twin bedroom
• High-speed WiFi
• Smart TV's in living room and master bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ included. Roku TV in living room & Amazon TV in bedroom.
• Pack & Play available if needed
• Reserved off-street parking for 2 vehicles directly beside the home. Park in front on the old garage area in the two spaces on the RIGHT side (closest to the home).
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

These guidelines are here to help you and your group settle in comfortably, enjoy every amenity, and leave the space just as wonderful as you found it for the next guests. Please take a moment to read through and share with your group.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

Location was excellent as the public ramp to the beach was right across the street. Everything to do in CB at night is also very close and easily walkable. The only consideration I would say is if you do not enjoy live bar music until about midnight to 1 am, you might not like the location. Those things do not bother me and you get a free concert from the comfort of the front porch, but if you do not like that it may be annoying. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I recommend this space to anyone thinking about it keeping in mind my one caveat.

Place was close to the beach and easy to get to, but so loud. Should have checked the map before booking as there was a bar with live music across the parking lot which was going lat into the light. Should have realized it was going to be loud when there were ear plugs left in the bathroom! If you are good with lots of noise then this is the place for you.

My family and our dog, Jolene thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was conveniently located within walking distance and with such a laid back vibe, we could have stayed longer! Management was fast to reply with any questions we had and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This rental was wonderful. It had a total of 4 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was literally right across from the beach and right next to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. I stayed here with my family the night before getting married and it was perfect. The host answered all my calls when I had questions and even had some snacks ready for us when we arrived. Really a great experience.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location. Right across the street from the beach and public beach access. Within walking distance of the boardwalk and resteraunts. Right next door to a taco place and a bar. Very dog friendly. Only caution I have is that on the weekends the bar can get noisy. It did not bother us at all and the host has white noise machines in all bedrooms and ear plugs in the bathroom.

Comfortable stay

We loved sitting on the deck. What a breezy, peaceful porch. We loved the Mexican restaurant next door where we got take out to eat at the house (see pic). Well stocked kitchen and loved the colorful dishes were served the taco night. Our party could sleep through the music at the bar nearby except me. :-( It appears that there is a music ordinance where they must power off by midnight… I wish they could at least mandate that the music be turned down significantly at 11:00. I decided to switch my bedtime to a little later. Music at bar only weekends though. That’s a plus.

Nice Unit but Noisy Location

This unit is very nice and well equipped. What they don't tell you is how noisy this location is. There are loud cars, trucks, and motorized bikes going up and down the street day and night. The bar about a 1/2 block away has very loud outdoor music on Friday and Saturday night until midnight that can be heard clearly inside the unit. The hosts know about this because the bedrooms have white noise machines and there was a container of soft ear plugs available. It was not possible to sit on the porch with coffee in the morning or with an adult beverage in the evening without have to frequently yell over the traffic noise. Too bad because beach access is excellent and the unit itself is very nice.

Our family booked this property expecting a relaxing four-night beach vacation, but we left after the first night because the conditions were so disappointing.The biggest issue was the nonstop loud heavy metal music from neighboring properties that continued late into the night. We got very little sleep and knew we couldn't endure three more nights of it.The home was NOT as represented. The listing did not disclose that the main living area relied on noisy window AC units. They were extremely loud, and one blew directly onto the sofa. The washer and dryer are sitting IN the living room.We found visible mold in the bathrooms and around the window AC units, which raised serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns. On top of that, the kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked many of the basic items needed to prepare meals.Another disappointment was the beach itself. During our stay, it was so crowded that it was difficult to find space to relax. While the host can't control the number of beachgoers, prospective renters should know that this area can become extremely congested.We paid for a four-night stay but left after only ONE night because the property did not deliver the advertised experience. The host offered only a 400 refund and ultimately refused to provide any additional reimbursement.This was a very big disappointment. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want a relaxing summer vacation. This property is old, crowded, and very loud.
