Very clean, spacious, and quiet even though the house is near one of the busiest intersections in town. The location was extremely convenient to restaurants, my family, and shopping in town. I would definitely book this property again if I needed to be in town for a few days.

The house was clean. Definitely Family Friendly, puzzles, toys , yard games. The backyard was all fenced in. The only thing that wasn’t comfortable for us was the living room couch. It sat very low .

The house has been freshly re-done and is in really great condition. The couch in the living room is large but not very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and furnished. We have no complaints AT ALL about the house, its location, cleanliness, or the nice, peaceful neighborhood. It would, however, be nice if the closets had a way to hang up some clothes. All things considered, it was a very nice place to stay!

We had no issues with anything at all. Knives were dull and not enough cutting boards in the kitchen.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Victoria! Since you shared this feedback with us privately, we'd already gone ahead and added new knives and extra cutting boards to the kitchen. We would happily welcome you back if you find yourself in the area again.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for its unbeatable convenience and welcoming feel.
It’s just minutes from Rangeline Road, where you’ll find great restaurants, local shops, grocery stores, and anything else you might need during your stay. We also love that it offers quick access to I-44, making it easy to explore nearby towns, visit family in the region, or enjoy a night out at Downstream Casino.

The neighborhood itself is quiet, easy to navigate, and perfectly located for both short visits and longer stays. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax at home but still be close to everything Joplin has to offer — and that’s what we enjoy most about it.

What makes this property unique

Our home is designed to make every kind of trip feel easy, fun, and comfortable. The spacious fenced backyard features a tetherball setup that guests of all ages love — and if you’re lucky, you might even spot the friendly neighborhood groundhog who occasionally wanders through!

Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches for both relaxation and productivity. We offer a selection of board games and kids’ toys to keep the little ones entertained, along with two dedicated workstations for guests who need a quiet place to focus during their stay.
