This 2BD/2BA partially-renovated ground-floor beach condo with a sliding glass-door sun room is next to a Marriott beach resort and feels like resort-living with the comforts of home. It offers heating/AC, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, custom cabinetry, and two parking spots steps away from the front door. The owner lived here full-time for years.

A peaceful public beach is a three-minute walk from the front-door. In the summer, sea turtles build their nests in the warm sand. Walk to a tiki bar with food and drinks. Publix (a grocery store) is a 5-minute drive. The view on the causeway is breathtaking.

The main bedroom feature a King bed with a soft linen duvet. The guest room features a Queen bed. The living room has a brand new sofa and chair with washable denim slip-cover. The rugs are all washable. A Roku TV allows you to sign on to your favorite streaming services. With Wifi, you can work remote while escaping the winter. Read a book in the glassed-in sun room. Cook dinner in the kitchen stocked with cooking utensils.

The beach is not crowded, and it feels private. The landscaping is lush and colorful. The views driving over the causeway are breathtaking. I play pickleball, and the courts are right next door (with applicable fees). Beachwalk is within Indian River Plantation, which features a Marriott beach resort. You can pay fees for access to the Marriott
