I lived in this condo full-time for many years and loved it. I only moved out because I bought a larger house with a yard for my dogs.
Why they chose this property
The beach is not crowded, and it feels private. The landscaping is lush and colorful. The views driving over the causeway are breathtaking. I play pickleball, and the courts are right next door (with applicable fees). Beachwalk is within Indian River Plantation, which features a Marriott beach resort. You can pay fees for access to the Marriott
