Fully furnished first floor condo steps from the beach, pool or tiki bar. Located on South Hutchinson Island in the Marriott Indian River Plantation, Tennis Villas.
The condo is two bedrooms, 2 baths with a full kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Screened in lanai. One reserved parking spot directly in front of the condo and guest parking as well. Smart TVs with xfinity cable in the living room and Master bedroom, WIFI internet access with 60 Mbps download speed.
The "Tennis Villas" complex has its own tennis courts, heated outdoor pool and BBQ area.
Supermarket, liquor store and restaurants within 10 minutes from Tennis Villas.
Renters must apply for approval and background check by HOA. There is a $100 fee for this as noted under Owner Fees (Property Fee).
Authorized vehicles are non-commercial 4-wheeled passenger vehicles and non-commercial 4-wheeled pickup trucks. PROHIBITED VEHICLES are Motorhomes, campers, motorcycles, motor scooters, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles (i.e., jet skis, moped, ATVs, etc).

Beautiful Condo Excellent Location

This condo was very nice, it had all the amenities you would need whether you here for a short time or long term. So very close to the beach access, Publix is literally 3 minutes away. So many activities and near several restaurants. Condo was actually prettier and more updated in person than the pictures, love the coastal decor. The owner was so helpful the first day with the check-in process. We had NO issues while staying here. Would definitely stay here again.
