Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip the used beds and place the sheets and pillowcases in a pile in front of the washer/dryer. Towels are to be left hung on towel racks in the bathroom. Empty the dishwasher before checking out.
Turn off all heating and A/C before leaving. Turn off any portable heaters or fan. Please notify us of any damages, spills or maintenance issues so we can take care of them for future guests.
Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked. Text or email us once you have checked out so we can confirm the property is ready for our cleaning team.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
