In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.
Beautiful 1 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.



All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean! So many things within walking distance! The host was responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed spending time on the beach as well!

Great direct ocean views on the balcony. The apartment is very small and a bit tight to move around freely in the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was filled with fans so we couldn’t store our luggage there and two suitcases took up most of the space. It was clean and decorated nicely. Lots of great restaurants nearby in walking distance. Local foods, fast foods, some upscale. The neighborhood was a strange mix of nice and some parts were a little sketchy. Overall not a bad stay. A little more touristy than we probably realized but there was easy access to 24 hour food, Walgreens and more. The beach was beautiful.

The condo is 720 square feet, and we do our best to represent the space accurately through the listing photos so guests know what to expect before booking. We appreciate your comments about the bedroom, bathroom, and storage, and we understand that space can feel different depending on each guest’s needs and the amount of luggage they bring. Regarding the closet, we keep two portable AC units in all the properties we manage as a backup in case of an emergency, so we can respond quickly and help ensure guest comfort. That said, we appreciate your suggestion and will look into alternative storage options for them. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience.
