Very nice place for the price. A tremendous amount of room, excellent amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, excellent location to get all around the valley easily.
Very clean and spacious place! And what a great value for the money too! It was perfect for my family for Spring Break during Spring Training! We would definitely recommend this place and stay again if we’re ever in the area!
My wife and I came down from Cochrane, Alberta for the Scottsdale auctions and we spent 3 nights. What a great little house, perfect for the two of us and it could of easily accommodated another couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely located close to all major car auctions which we were there to enjoy. We plan to be back again next year and we hope to stay here again. Thanks so much.Doug and SherryCochrane, Alberta
We needed a place to stay in Phoenix to help with our toddler grandson while his parents were at the hospital. This was the perfect place for that. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out. The backyard was safely fenced for our two little pups. The location is in close proximity to restaurants and other necessities. Communication was quick and easy with our host, Zack. We will definitely stay again if the occasion arises!

So, this house is lovely. It's located in a nice and convenient area. Plenty of space for hanging out and cooking and everything. But I was a disappointed for a few reasons.1) We selected it due to the whole 'pet friendly/huge yard' thing, but found it to not be very pet friendly. The binder of instructions left included notes like not allowing the pets on the furniture and not allowing them to be left alone in the house (I'm supposed to bring my dog to dinner and a show with me?). The note about not allowing the dog in the bed made me a little concerned that the linens might not be cleaned between guests. In addition, the lawn was in desperate need of a mowing. This wouldn't be a big deal usually, but their sprinklers were on so high that there were actual mud puddles during a sunny week in August, meaning our dog was tracking water everywhere and had to be cleaned off before coming inside. In my mind, proper lawn maintenance and cleaning of linens are the responsibility of a "pet friendly" owner.2) Communication/hosting. The owners fully forgot we were staying there; he admitted that much on the phone to me. I had to call for instructions for entry when we were thirty minutes out; I'm used to receiving that at least a day in advance if not a week. I think this is probably also why the lawn hadn't been mowed. It was just frustrating feeling like an afterthought when I'm paying to stay somewhere.
