You’ll love the peaceful and relaxing outdoor space. Great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups. Spectacular backyard dining & lounging areas with gazebo retreat that provide a resort like experience. Our comfortable home has lots of outdoor space to hang out or just lounge in the sun. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment you need if you plan on cooking, plus table service for eight. An assortment of coffee and teas, cooking essentials and more. An attractive and affordable option for groups, families and couples. Occupancy limit is 5 guests.

We were very pleased with this home. Very tranquil energy and quiet neighborhood. It’s in a central location in the valley and close to the freeways. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils/dishes/silverware that we could need, which is so thoughtful and helpful. The ambiance of the home is great and it was very clean. The backyard is beautiful and allowed for my senior dogs to be comfortable while traveling. Host was excellent and communicated clearly with quick responses. Highly recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

Amazing backyard!

Cathy has clearly put a ton of work into renovating this house. All the amenities you need and a beautiful backyard to relax with your coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening, weather permitting.

This was our second time staying here and definitely had more issues the second time. Had issues with the hot water heater and brought it to the attention of the host and ended up taking hours to be taken care of. Also, the cleanliness was iffy as there were dead spiders and scorpions found as well. The place is great but does have a few drawbacks to it.

The property was perfect for our needs. Easy traveling to and from the airport, grocery store and Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Wifi was able to support all three of us working remotely. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for sharing your property with us!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Valley Village. The whole experience was incredibly positive and Zen-like. This place feels like an oasis. The house is clean, quiet, extremely comfortable, and well stocked with anything one could possibly want. The backyard is amazing offering many sitting options for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding foliage. Cathy, our host, was very welcoming and professional. All correspondence between us was prompt and accurate. She allowed us to bring our pets, which was super accommodating since we needed to find somewhere to stay quickly. We will definitely return.

Enjoyable stay

Was this the best VRBO place I've ever stayed at? No. Was it everything i ever dreamed of for a vacation in Phoenix? No. Could this particular venue be better? Yes. Would i stay here again? Absolutely. Cathy was great! Communication was fantastic! I have zero issues. This is a no frills venue, but it's clean and priced accordingly. Honestly, it's a great deal and still a much better value than a hotel. I appreciate Cathy opening this cute little place to us regardless of the sketch neighborhood. Similar to my NOLA VRBO... where we had a super nice place in a VERY sketch neighborhood.

Cathy was great to communicate with, the house is very nice and clean, it is well supplied with everything you need for your stay down to having q-tips in the bathrooms. The outside seating area was lovely and a great place to enjoy a meal, beer or morning coffee. I highly recommend this vrbo.

This house is next to a beautiful mountain called Lookout Mountain. It is also just minutes from shopping including healthy grocery stores, restaurants and more. It is close to major highways and mins from the airport. I love the family friendly neighborhood and the uniqueness of each of the homes in the neighborhood. A peaceful and quiet location.

What makes this property unique

My guests often rave about the backyard. It is peaceful and very serene. Sit under the huge canopy tree, enjoy wine and dinner under the cozy gazebo or sip your morning coffee on the patio while the birds sing to you. You will fall in love with my place.
