Coronado Island Large Pool Home on the Bay Side with views of the beautiful downtown skyline Homes features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an elevator. This three story house comes with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, hardwood floors, gas BBQ, a fire pit on your 150 sq. ft roof top deck. The master bedroom has a California King bed, a large bathroom and walk in closet with direct access to the pool. An additional bedroom, which has a walk in closet, two full beds also has direct access to the pool. A third bedroom on the second floor has two over sized bunk beds with a queen sleeper chair and a walk in closet. All of the bedrooms have full bathrooms, one with a bath and walk in shower. The entire house is handicap accessible with an elevator accessing all levels. The great room has a gas fireplace for cold winter nights or direct access to the second level patio for meals al fresco. The TV room has a large flat screen with Apple TV and a guest bath with a shower. The dining room can act as a game room with a billiards table or a dining table that seats 6. The house comes with 3 TVs & WiFi. There are two laundry areas and a two car garage. Walk to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful parks the island as to offer. Watch the fireworks right off your balcony on summer evenings.
